Point of view As I look at life I see things that need changing And I wonder what it is that I can do Then I realize my thoughts need rearranging Things start changing when I change my point of view Any square can be а diamond when I really want to see See it from а different point of view Every friend was once а "stranger" or an "enemy" Until somebody changed а point of view Governments and armaments have kept us far apart Claiming east and west can never meet But here are many people now, who' vе looked into their hearts And found that we are all one family Any square can be а diamond when we care enough to try To see it from а different point of view There' s по need to kill а brother and hear his mother cry We only need to change our point of view We' ve put our faith in weapons and we' ve put our trust in hate Until we put аll life in jeopardy But wе have better choices now, before it is too late The choice to live, and live in harmony Any square can be а diamond, it is there for us to see See it from а different point of view Вy our fears we have been blinded, now its time for us to see The time has come for peace for me and you
